Dr. Bahar was brought up in an art- and science-loving environment and has been fortunate to pursue both her passions as an orthodontist and an artist. She chose dentistry, which blends art and science, and quickly fell in love with orthodontics _the science of facial harmony and aesthetics.
Dr. Bahar completed her dental training at UCSF and went on to earn her certificate in orthodontics along with a Master of Science in kinesiology from the Arizona School of Dentistry and Oral Health. Dr. Bahar has more than 20 years of experience and throughout her career, she has provided excellent care to thousands of patients in a wide variety of clinical settings, including several years in public healthcare services, which deepened her expertise in patient care, management, and treatment under complex conditions.
For Dr. Bahar, the most rewarding aspect of orthodontics is the joy of transforming smiles and knowing her work makes a meaningful difference in her patients’ lives. Alongside my education and work experience as a dentist and orthodontist, I have been pursuing two different artistic fields, music and caricature, professionally. I have received international awards for my caricatures, and as a musician, I have performed traditional Persian music across the US.
